WHAT'S GINJO GENSHU?
Bushido is a ginjo genshu sake. Gensu means Bushido wasn't diluted after brewing so it's higher in alcohol (think of it like cask strength. Ginjo means Bushido's rice was polished down a lot allowing it to keep a super smooth flavor profile.
